Where the numbers come from
Most trade calculators hand you a number and ask you to trust it. This one shows its work: average draft position from 4,588 live PPR drafts (and 6,904 superflex drafts) in the last week, mapped through a fixed value curve, with dynasty age adjustments applied per position — a 24-year-old RB and a 30-year-old RB at the same ADP are not the same asset, and the math says so.

The same values price the rest of the site. The FAAB calculator turns a player's redraft value and your remaining budget into a waiver bid, and guillotine leagues get a separate formula — a format that dumps an entire roster into the pool every week does not price a waiver claim the way a normal league does.

- How are the trade values calculated?
- Values start from average draft position across 4,588 live PPR drafts and 6,904 superflex drafts, mapped through a published value curve. Dynasty values apply position-specific age adjustments. The full formula — every anchor point and multiplier — is on the methodology page.
- Does it work for superflex and 2QB leagues?
- Yes. Superflex values come from real 2QB draft data, not a flat bonus, so QB premiums reflect what drafters actually pay.
- Can I include rookie picks?
- In dynasty mode you can add 2026 rookie picks (1.01 through 4.12) and 2027 picks by round tier. Future picks carry a 15% per-year discount.
- How often do values update?
- Every day. A scheduled rebuild pulls the last seven days of live drafts each morning and redeploys the site, so the values move without anyone touching them. This build is dated 2026-09-09, from drafts run 2026-09-02 to 2026-09-09 — if that date stops advancing, the rebuild has broken.
- Is this a trade calculator or a trade analyzer?
- Both — the names are interchangeable. It calculates a value for each side of the trade, then analyzes the gap: who wins, by how much, and what would even it out.
- Is there a separate dynasty calculator and a redraft one?
- One tool. Flip the format toggle and the same trade re-prices — dynasty applies the position age curves and lets you add rookie picks, redraft ignores both. The trade value chart runs off the identical numbers, so the chart and the calculator can never disagree.
- Why is there no setting for league size?
- Because we measured it and it barely matters. Across 10, 12 and 14-team dynasty leagues, values move less than 4% — the only rank change inside a top twelve was two receivers swapping places. Scoring is a slightly larger effect, around 3-5% on pass-catchers. The setting that genuinely changes dynasty values is QB count, and that one is a toggle at the top of the calculator: an elite quarterback is outside the top twelve in 1QB and the most valuable asset in the game in superflex.
